USB3 camera support in FastLook. A&B Software licence required to access cameras with their low-level driver. Each license is about $100 per computer, obtained from them (http://www.ab-soft.com/). Setup files are in jClamp directory under Genicam subdirectory. A variety of USB3 cameras from different manufacturers is supported. jClamp was checked with Basler acA640-750um usb3 camera. Digital out 0 in command protocol is used to trigger frame capture.
Prosilica cameras (www.prosilica.com ) that are supported by their SDK are required.
Andor iXon X3 860 EMCCD Camera
The cameras are interfaced with jClamp patch clamp program to externally trigger the camera using a variety of A/D-D/A boards. See jClamp website (www.scisoftco.com) for more information.
